An Update About Our Recent Merger with St. Dominic’s Federal Credit Union
Earlier this year, SFCU embarked on a mission with St. Dominic’s Federal Credit Union in Swansea to merge and operate as a singular institution. Their members voted in favor of this merger and we pleased to welcome them to the SFCU family effective November 1st!
Our goal has always been to provide our members with the financial services they need along with the latest technology and the personal attention they deserve. Whether you prefer to engage with SFCU in-person, digitally or by other means, we are committed to making your banking experience with us easy and hassle free.
Planned facility improvements, to the former St. Dominic’s Federal Credit Union branch location at 1723 GAR Highway, Swansea, MA, are currently underway! This location will serve as SFCU’s second branch in the South Coast area.
This merger will have no immediate impact on SFCU members. Once a conversion to consolidate operations into one system occurs in 2023, you will be able to take advantage of an additional location in Swansea, MA.
