HEAT Loans are available to customers of Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, Unitil Electric, and municipal electric customers are eligible to apply for the program as long as they heat with a sponsoring utility provider. They can apply for all measures, except for residential battery storage.

Note: The maxium loan amount is over the lifetime of a customer’s engery efficiency upgrades. Eligible energy efficiency measures can be financed until the maxium loan amount is reached.
