It’s almost here – Your updated, enhanced mobile banking experience!

Coming February 24, 2022:  A new card management and spend tracking within our mobile banking app.

In just a few days you can experience new benefits when logging in to our mobile banking app.  Card management and spend tracking functionality will now be available from a single app – the same app you use for mobile banking.

Designed to optimize your experience, the new feature will be found by tapping [My Cards] right inside our mobile banking app.  You’ll still have all the features you’re used to in the CardValet® and CardGuard apps, and more, including:

  • Transaction notifications
  • Enriched transactions to clearly see where your purchases are made
  • Recurring payment visibility for subscriptions and cards on file with merchants
  • Controls and alerts for location, merchant type, and spending limit preferences
  • Simplified reporting of lost or stolen cards
  • Tracking spend by month, category and more

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Beginning Wednesday evening, February 23rd the CardValet® and CardGuard apps will be unavailable.  You will no longer need to access these apps and may DELETE THEM FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.
  • On Thursday, February 24th access the mobile banking app – just log in as usual and the app will let you know what’s new. The app may need a few minutes to update.
  • Be sure to tap [My Cards] to enable alerts, set My Location (if this was enabled in our linked app), see all the new features in action and enjoy the benefits of additional card management and spend tracking capabilities right from our mobile banking app.
  • Cards and controls will carry over from the CardValet® or CardGuard app to our new mobile banking app.
  • You can still use your cards during this app transition.

What do I need to do after the update?

When you access the mobile banking app on or after February 24th the app may need a few moments to update. Next, simply tap [My Cards] within the mobile banking app to see all the new features, enable alerts and manage the existing controls carried over from our CardValet® and CardGuard apps.

Please keep in mind that after these changes take place, CardHub will be the only solution for card management – CardValet® and CardGuard will no longer be available.
